Accurite is a wire-wrap screen that provides superior performance for sand control in oil and gas applications.

Rigid quality control standards ensure the highest quality, maximum screen strength, erosion resistance, and a screen geometry that cannot be easily plugged by fines or produced solids.

AccuRiteTM wire jackets are available in a variety of widths and heights (thousandths of an inch)

The wire is available in either 304 or 316L stainless steel. Depending on the application, the AccuRiteTM wire-wrapped screens use 90L, 90, 90H, 47 or 47H jacket and longitudinal rib configurations in house wire (for heavy duty application) or keystone wire.

  • Accurite wire-wrapped screens are designed to have up to 5 times more effective inlet area than slotted pipe of the same gauge
  • The wire wrapis cut in a keystone shape, resulting in a self-cleaning action for greater flow and less chance of clogging
  • Accurite screens are weleded at each point of contact with the rod wire. Therefore, the screens do not seperate when pulled or do not "bird nest" when milled.
